Kelmscott commercial tenancy skylight installation
This Project was done for Cassari on a commercial Tenancy in Kelmscott, the client needed the Solar Heat Gain Co-efficiency of .28 to comply with Section J of the building code. The 16mm Reflective Grey Danpalon sheet fitted that criteria.
We installed a 16mm sheet which was 1040mm wide and fitted between metal roof sheets using the Danpalon side connector. flashing and framework designed by Evolution
Doubleview School Project
This project was at a Private school in Doubleview.

The client created this refined outdoor area for one of the boarding houses, We used 16mm Grey Tint Danpalon with Heat Welded Ends (due to low pitch) – Spanning 3400mm using 60mm U Connectors.
P.A.S.E Project
This client's workshop front was in need of some attention so we removed the old custom orb and trimdek wall cladding and replaced with new Colorbond deep ocean custom orb cladding supplied by Lysaght. The project was done outside of their business hours so we didn't interfere with their production.
Morley Vet Project
Vet center roof replacement - Morley
This asbestos roof was leaking everywhere! so we re sheeted with Colorbond Deep Ocean and Zincalume custom orb roof sheeting with 60mm Anticon and replaced all of the box gutters and downpipes. Asbestos removal was carried out by a fully licensed and competent contractor.
